Pod-Casting a Line

What a long, strange journey it has been. This post is one that has been 22 years in the making. It is the product of my blood, sweat, tears…all my bodily fluids, really. I consider this podcast to be my beautiful, bouncing virtual baby. Without further ado, and let’s be honest who doesn’t hate ado, here it is: the introduction of my voice to the internet. Enjoy.

  1. Yeah, you don’t get a song like that to the top of the charts without some supernatural help. I hope it was worth your soul, Tommie Connor!

Btw, if anyone wants a link to automatically download your podcasts as they come out, they can just use the url for your rss feed. With itunes choose Advanced > “Subscribe to Podcast” and put the url in there.

  2. hehehe i like it. most excellent, i look forword to more :)

  3. We thought, at the end of the day, (since that’s when we listened to your podcast—no pun intended) it was a most excellent commentary.

  4. that was great, jim! youre voice sounds so silky smooth and tasty, like a …..bowl full of jelly??

i was going to add in some ‘at the end of the day, jim, i just wanna know where you at’ but……….i won’t :)

  5. I think it was really good for your first time. With a bit more experience you will do great on the radio!

I found your points to be funny and it kinda remained me of Jerry Seinfeld style humor…the extensive analysis on small issues. It’s something I have always enjoyed of course.

At the end of the day, I’ll certainly be looking forward to more podcasts. Yup, I’m not as tasteful as Laura, so I went there.
